If you read my blog right to the end, you’ll have seen this little breakfast meal recipe that I recommend to men with prostate health problems:
Mix 1 cup of raw Oatmeal and 2 tablespoons of Wheatgerm in a bowl and add the juice of 1-2 fresh squeezed Lemons (or you can add raw Organic Milk or Almond Milk if you’d prefer). Cover and stand over night in the fridge.
The next morning, add 2 tablespoons of Flax Seed Oil, a handful of chopped Brazil Nuts and some organic Raw Honey…and there you have a delicious meal that is rich in nutrients to target the healing of the prostate.
